What sort of documents do you have experience of?

We have captured data from a wide range of document types including academic research, competition entries, health surveys, application forms, direct debit mandates, newspaper articles, shareholders lists, traffic management surveys, loyalty card applications – the list is endless.

If fact we have even gathered data from surveys on the back of beer mats, and you can imagine the state some of those were in by the time we got them.

What accuracy rates can you guarantee?

Whilst some foreign data capture bureaus are keen to quote arbitrary accuracy rates such as 99.9% etc, these figures are meaningless.

They have no control on the legibility of handwriting and often guess, whereas with our better cultural understanding we can still interpret correctly.

Our reputation has been built up over many years and our client list speaks volumes about the quality we provide.

Finally, we provide you with images of all of your documents at no additional cost and these are fully indexed by the data we capture from them. In this way you can easily check the quality against the original.

Whilst many people are familiar with the concept of recording a telephone conversation or interview, most would actually prefer to review the conversation from a word document rather than continuously replay the recording.
